SHIPPING RATES

Moose Limited calculates shipping cost by adding a minimum (fixed) cost to a cost determined by the weight of the products ordered.

US ORDERS

Standard orders shipping to the US ship with USPS First Class Mail for orders up to one pound, and USPS Priority Mail for any order over a pound. Alternatively, customers can select UPS Ground as their shipping method. Orders over $60 ship free with USPS and orders over $100 ship free with UPS Ground as well.

Expedited orders ship with USPS Express mail. Express orders are shipped within one business day from the order being placed and arrive within 1-2 business days (depending on destination), guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Standard International orders ship with USPS Airmail or UPS Standard Shipping (select destinations).  Express shipping is available with USPS Global Express mail.  Shipping rates and shipment time depend on the destination country.  As a rough guide, standard shipping generally takes approximately 5-10 business days and expedited shipping generally takes 3-5 business days (1-3 to Canada).  International shipping requires passage through customs, which may delay the arrival time of orders.  Packages may also incur a customs tariff upon arrival at the destination country. These tariffs vary among countries. MLTD will not be responsible for payment of these tariffs, so we ask that international customers take them into consideration prior to placing an order. Shipping charges are determined by a fixed fee plus a weight fee that changes according to the weight of the item(s) purchased.
